Shipping & Processing
When placing an order please keep in mind that your billing and shipping address must match. We do not ship to unconfirmed address.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. All packages are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping time takes 2-3 business days. Express shipping normally takes 1 business day,in some areas 2 days.All express orders need to be made by 12 pm EST for same day shipment.
We do ship internationally. Shipping time normally takes 4-14 business days depending on the location and type of service requested.The buyer is responsible for custom fees.
If an item is available on back order, please allow 5-7 business days for processing,excluding the virginLaotian Extensions which may need more time.
We encourage all clients to inspect your package once received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please DO NOT play with it,install or disturb the pattern of the bundles. Please ship back item(s) within 5 days after delivery. No return or exchange request will be honored after 5 days NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. All items must be returned in its original packaging and condition for refunds/exchanges to be honored.
If there are any discrepancies with the inches sent or texture we require ALL bundle purchased with that order sent back for verification and for the exchange to be made. If Yhasi Luxury Hair makes an error on the order we will cover the shipping cost. If the buyer makes a mistake on the order and wants an exchange he/she will be responsible for the shipping cost both ways.

Untraceable / Lost Packages
All packages are sent with signature confirmation. If a package cannot be tracked and has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date please wait an extra 5 business days for it to arrive or for the status online to change. Although this is very rare it can happen.Please make certain the shipping address listed on your order is accurate. We do not cover lost packages.
